The majestic historic property dating back to the 16th century is located near Casalnoceto, in the province of Alessandria, between the cities of Tortona and Voghera, not far from Salice Terme.

An ancient residence of the Spinola family, dating back to the Baroque period, the complex of about 3,500 square meters is characterized by a rectangular plan developed around a central courtyard surrounded by a portico with cross vaults.

The splendid villa consists of two floors, in addition to the ground floor, and two important cellars, and is surrounded by a large park and land for over 6 hectares, including an Italian garden as well as a lake.
