You don’t have to worry about electricity, heating, water, wifi and condominium fees: it’s all included.

Maintenance is also partially included: every year there is a € 200 bonus for the required interventions at a cost of € 50 / h or fraction of an hour. Maintenance is always included if not caused by intent or fault of the tenants or their guests.

In each room there is a split air conditioner that can also heat the room. Instant hot water with gas boiler.

We have equipped the house with everything you need: pots, plates, cutlery, linens.

The rooms are equipped with network sockets and satellite socket to install a switch or a personal decoder.
